Use specific, unique names for each property
Ideal name length normally: under 25 characters – including spaces
Maximum length for hotel style inventory: under 35 characters – including spaces
Maximum length for Vacation Rentals: when the only way to differentiate similar properties is by adding more details to the name, the maximum length can be extended up to 80 characters
Use the address in the name when it is the special, unique and specific identifier (“Apt 4b, East 56th St” is infinitely better than “Apartment New York 1”)
If we don't have the full street address, the street name or building name can be used, perhaps with the postcode. Eg “East 56th St Apartment” or “Prinsengracht Apartment 1016HS”.
You may use the property type and number of bedrooms in the name to differentiate the property from similar ones in the same building/area (“Three-Bedroom Apartment…”)
