Overview

Listings that are new to Airbnb require 2 Actions to be run in Boost in order to be sent live:

Import/Sync and Distribute. If you publish the listing without syncing, your listing will not be sent live on Airbnb.

Some users are only publishing the listing and not syncing. This results in a green check mark for Active on Channel but no Listing ID.

Identifying listings not live

If a property in Boost for Airbnb DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING a number under the column Listing ID,

AND the property has a green check mark in the column PMS Status,

AND the property is new to Airbnb - meaning it DOES NOT need to be mapped to an existing Airbnb listing Follow these steps:

Run validation and check the jobs page to make sure validation finished.This will usually finish within 10 seconds (for one property) to 5 minutes (many properties) depending on time of day and amount of properties running validation.

  1. IF the job does not finish in an hour, please make a support ticket.

  2. IF validation returns errors, fix errors and repeat step 1.

  3. IF validation returns no errors, go to step 2.

Distribute the property by select the propertie(s) you want live on Airbnb and clicking the box(es) to the left of the property title, click 'Actions', click 'Distribute', click 'Next', and click 'Finish'.

  1. Check the jobs page to make sure the actions have finished. This will usually finish in 10 seconds (one property) to 5 minutes (many properties) depending on time of day and how many properties you are distributing.

  2. IF the job does not finish in an hour, please make a support ticket. There should be no other issue here, the properties should now be set to Distributed.

Run the Import/Sync action by selecting the propertie(s) you want live on Airbnb, click 'Actions', click 'Import/Sync', and click 'Finish'.

  1. Check the jobs page to make sure the actions have finished.This will usually finish in 2 minutes (one property) to 10 minutes (many properties) depending on time of day and how many properties are being built on Airbnb.

  2. IF the job does not finish in two hours, please make a support ticket.

Confirm you listings are Listed and Connected on Airbnb: Once the Import/Sync job has finished, go to https://www.airbnb.com/hosting/listings to check your listings. Any listing that says Status: Listed and Sync Status: Connected has been successfully integrated with Boost and is live on Airbnb.

Instructions to get the listings live

If you have Airbnb properties with Active on Channel green but no Listing ID, then you must run the import/sync for these listings.

Important: this is only for NEW listings being sent to Airbnb. If you need to map your listing - see note at top of article.

Run the Import/Sync action

  1. From the listings page, check the box next the listing(s) you want to send live.

  2. Click Actions, Click Import/Sync, Click Finish

In an hour, check Boost. There should now be a number in the Listing ID column. Click on the Listing ID to see if your listing(s) is live. If the listing still isn’t live after 2 hours, then please submit a support ticket.
