This article outlines the steps for publishing and unpublishing listings on the Boost Partner Network. Listings must be published to the Partner Network and then added to each Partner Network connected channel/OTA.

Overview

There are 3 main steps to complete when publishing your listings:

  1. Prepare your Listing to be published - Does your listing pass validation confirming that it meets the Partner Network minimum content standards? Do you have a headline token, price-factor, or any other configuration that you should copy from one of your existing listings in Boost?

  2. Publish your listing to the Partner Network

  3. Publish your listing to the desired Partner Network Channel (ex: Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, Hopper, ETC)

Preparing a Listing to be Published

Consider copying the relevant items below from a currently live listing into your new property before publishing. Please review ALL of your other property settings in Boost on your new listing(s) BEFORE publishing it:

  • Minimum Content Requirements: Before publishing, confirm your listing is meeting the minimum content requirements for each channel.

  • Headline/Title Pattern - if you are using a token to format your listing name

  • Terms and Conditions - if set on a listing level

  • Price Adjustments - If you have set a mark-up in Boost on rent and/or fees

Important Note

Partner Network listing Headlines/Names must be no less than 20 characters and no more than 70 characters. If they exceed 70 characters Boost will automatically truncate them which may result in a less than optimal appearance on the live listing.

Minimum Content Requirements

All Partner Network channels require listings to meet the minimum content requirements outlined Here: Boost Partner Network - Minimum Content Requirements (External)

Boost has a built in validation tool to make sure your listings are meeting these requirements before you publish them.
Learn more about Boost Validation here: Listing Validations (Boost New UI)
