Connecting Barefoot software to Rezfusion for Web
Step-by-step guide for Property Managers:
- Contact your Barefoot Account Manager and ask for heir help in getting you setup to use the API. Bluetent will need the following info to order to spin up a website.
- Barefoot company code:
- Barefoot API username:
- Barefoot reservation type id for web booking:
- Barefoot API password:
- For Rezfusion Cloud customers, send those values to product@bluetent.com. Rezfusion Pro customers can send values directly to their project manager.
NOTE:
- Barefoot will require the setup of a new res type within to provide accurate accounting net of commissions and price modifications. Please contact your Barefoot account manager to begin this setup process at your earliest opportunity. Please be aware that the setup cost of new res type is $1500, and all bookings made via the connection will be charged a 1.5% commission on rents by Barefoot.
- Configurations relating to taking reservations w/o payment, avoiding sending automated notifications, etc are unknown.
