Process for Closing out a Project and Handoff to Support/CSM

When a project should be closed out and key steps involved in the hand-off to support process.

When is a project ready to be handed off to support and closed out?

Rezfusion Boost - Once all of a client’s units are live on the channel(s) assigned to the project (Airbnb, Booking.com, Google, HomesToGo, VRBO), and final trainings have been completed, you should wait a week after they are officially live to pass their project to support and close the project.

Rezfusion Web - After a client’s website has successfully been launched and their site is live and final trainings have been completed you should wait a week after this date to pass their project to support and close the project.

Please follow the steps below to pass a project to support and close a project out.

Congratulations! You are almost done. Please follow these steps to close your project

Mission Control Tasks

  1. Submit Final Comments in Project

  2. Change the Project Status to Complete and SIS Status to Site is Live

Basecamp Tasks

  1. Send client the hand-off Basecamp message (choose from below based on the product) - See an examples below

  2. Confirm that all Basecamp To Dos are completed

  3. Archive the Project

  • Specific details about the issue - listing name or reservation ID

  • Syncing/distributing listings

  • Incorrect rates or fees

  • Boost feature not working

  • Reconciliation of pricing & fees

  • Failed booking
