Bluetent’s Email Experts have created Booking Abandonment layouts that anyone can copy/paste into a client’s email template. There are just a few things that each Project Manager needs to remember when doing this.

Bluetent Booking Abandonment Templates

The basic Bluetent template lives in two different places. Feel free to grab the template from either place and reach out to kelly.gitre@bluetent.com if you run into any questions.

Things to Remember

1. There are 4 different layout options depending on Property Available vs Property Not Available and RIot and Cloud vs Views, be sure to grab the correct layouts from the Bluetent template.

2. Similar to when creating a new template, be sure to update the following things to match the client’s branding.

   1. Update all “https://www.bluetent.com/vacation-rentals” links to the client’s specific vacation rental page

   2. Update all “(000) 000-0000” and “contact us today” links to the client’s specific information

   3. Font Style, Size, Colors

   4. Button Color, Hover, Border-Radius, Font-Style, Size

   5. Link Colors, Hover

   6. Padding

   7. BA Property Not Available Image
