Submitting New API Requests - Standard Operating Procedures

This documentation is intended to be used as an internal landing page for all Bluetent products/services that involve new API requests to our API partners. Any additional information or notes on working with each of these PMSs can be added here as well.

HomeAway (Escapia)

(Updated 12/1/20) There is a shared Basecamp project between Bluetent and HomeAway’s teams. This Basecamp project is for sharing information on projects/clients that are using Escapia and Bluetent, software migrations, new API connections, and questions.

There is also an open standing meeting every other Monday at 12pm MST for discussion between Bluetent and HomeAway regarding active implementation projects and support related questions. Please reach out to Christina Aalto or Jim Hunsicker for more information.
