Feature update: new tools for promotions, amenities, and messaging

We’ve added several updates to help you improve listings, prepare for upcoming messaging features, and make the most of new channel tools.

Launch offers with the Booking.com’s New Property Deal

The Booking.com new property deal will soon be available at both channel and property levels, making it easier to apply launch discounts to fit your setup. This quickly helps your new listing get seen and booked on Booking.com.

How it works: New properties can offer a 20% discount to secure their first bookings. The promotion ends automatically after three bookings or 90 days, whichever comes first. Set this in Channel Settings to apply to all listings that meet the criteria, or apply it individually or in bulk to groups of properties.

New Booking.com amenities page

There is a new page in Boost for Booking.com connections in Boost called “Amenities”. On this page you will see that Boost now supports expanded Booking.com amenity options, giving you a dedicated place to manage amenity details at both the mapping page and listing level.

Use the new amenities page to add guest-facing details such as parking type, number of spaces, pool hours, and other property-specific information. These details help set clearer expectations for guests and can improve overall listing quality.

Coming soon: messages and reviews for Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com

We are developing message and review support for Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. Stay tuned for updates as these features near release.

Action needed: prepare for Airbnb messaging

Boost will soon support Airbnb messaging. Some users must reauthorize their Boost-Airbnb connection to ensure their account is ready. This is because some accounts did not grant Boost read/write access to messages. If you joined Airbnb via Boost recently, your account should already be authorized. If you have connected Airbnb via Boost for a while and see Authenticate with Airbnb for messaging in Boost, please complete the authorization steps below.

How to Authorize

  1. Select the Authenticate with Airbnb for messaging button on your Airbnb card.

  2. In the new tab, confirm authorization to allow Bluetent to connect to your Airbnb account.

  3. Done! You're ready to manage Airbnb messages in Boost as soon as the feature launches.

Booking.com Photo Tags
