Rezfusion Cloud and Essential Websites: Implementation Overview

What are Cloud and Essential Websites?

The Rezfusion Cloud platform provides an easy, clean, and organized way to display your property listings and additional content to drive direct bookings to your website.

  • Integrates property data that you’ve already entered into your Property Management Software (PMS).

  • Makes your inventory easily bookable online.

  • Gives you the opportunity to add your unique branding and additional content to your online marketplace, within the parameters of the template.

Implementation Scope of Work

During your Cloud/Essential Implementation, we will help you with the following at no additional cost:

  • Home Page: If you have an existing website, we can help you bring over any existing content from your existing website’s home page.

  • All Properties Page/Vacation Rentals: Property data will flow to an All Properties Page/Vacation Rentals on your website using the connection from your PMS.

  • Contact Us Page: A page specifically setup with the best contact information for your company.

  • Configuration of Site Settings: The look and feel of your website will be determined based on the information you provide us in a Theme’s & Settings form completed during the Coordination Phase.

If there are additional Pages that are not listed above that you would like on your website, you will be responsible for creating them. During implementation you will receive training and documentation on how to build pages.

What will the Implementation Process look like?

On average, it will take 4-6 weeks to get a client set up with a new Cloud/Essential website but keep in mind, that the implementation is heavily dependent on client engagement. If you are motivated and can set aside some time to work with our team, we can certainly help you get set up faster! Rezfusion websites are meant to be easy to use so that you can manage them yourself and make changes if and when you want to without reaching out to Bluetent every time you want to make a change. We are here to help you build your website and will educate and empower you to be able to manage it on your own!

Coordination Phase

During the Coordination Phase, we will be working with you to gather all the necessary information we need to be able to begin your Implementation project. Most importantly, we will need you to distribute your property data from your PMS, to Bluetent and we will provide you with instructions to do so.

Implementation Phase

Once you have completed the necessary steps during the Coordination phase, you will get assigned to a Software Implementation Specialist who will be your main point of contact and technical resource moving forward through the rest of your Implementation project. With your Implementation Specialist you will work on configuration of your website, get training on how to navigate the back end of your website, and you will do some testing before we can send your new website fully live.



Your Implementation Specialist will schedule a series of training sessions with you and your team. You will be required to attend each training at least once. During these training sessions, you will learn how to build pages, manage content, navigate the Dashboard and configure your Property Categories.


Website Content

After attending the trainings above, you will certainly have the skills and tools to be able to create your own website content but if you don’t have the time, creativity, or resources, you can always reach out to Bluetent for content help!


Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Setup

We highly recommend purchasing an SEO Setup with your new website to make sure that your website performs well in search results. If you have an SEO setup, please allow 5 business days for the site to be optimized before launch. See the link below for more details.

Transition to Support
