Booking.com - How to switch to Boost as your Connectivity Provider in the BDC Extranet
Important Notes
Do not complete the steps outlined below until instructed to do so by your Bluetent Implementation or Support representative.
All listings must be in the Closed status on Booking.com BEFORE completing these steps to prevent double bookings occurring during the listing mapping process.
The first step to make the ‘Quick Switch’ to Boost is to log into your Booking.com extranet here: https://admin.booking.com and click on ‘Bulk Editing’.
2. After clicking on the ‘Bulk Editing’ your page will look like this:
Scroll down to the ‘Connectivity provider’ section, then to Manage Connectivity Provider and click on ‘Take action’
Note: At this step you may be asked to confirm identity
3. Under “Search for a provider” search for ‘Boost’ and select ‘Boost by Bluetent’ .
4. Once “Boost by Bluetent” has been selected, you will see a list of things that Boost can control via the API.
In order for Boost to work as designed it is very important that all items under “What your provider manages” are selected for Boost to manage.
5. Click ‘Select properties’. Then click “Select all properties” in order to connect all of your properties to Boost. After selecting properties, click ‘Review changes’,

6. Now, wait/refresh this page until the ‘Status’ for ALL properties changes from ‘In progress’ to ‘Successful’. If you have a lot of properties, this can take several minutes.
7. Alert your Implementation Specialist/Boost Support person that you have you have made the connection request and include the number of units you have requested to connect to Boost by Bluetent. If you do not know who your Implementation Specialist is, please send an email to Implementation@bluetent.com.
