Provide your guest more search results with Flexible Date Search feature in Rezfusion Cloud.

Flexible Date Search is only available in Cloud and not Essential websites.

Allow guests to see search results for 1, 2, or 3 days of flexibility in check-in, checkout travel.

Ideal for brands with limited availability or critical for brand that have strict checkin/out days a new guest may not be aware of.

How to turn on Flexible Date Search in your Rezfusion Cloud website.

  1. Login into your website

  2. In the Admin menu on the left, under SETTINGS, select Property Search

  3. About 1/3 down the page you will see a checkbox, Activate Flexible Date Search

  4. Then under the checkbox you can select the flexibility you want your guests to have available. A guests can select up to 3 days of flexibility if you select +/-3 for example.

  5. Select save at the bottom of the page.

That’s it! Your guests can now select flexible dates in their search.

 

How Flexible Date Search works

  • Flexibility is added to check-in and checkout but does not increase length of stay. For example, a guest looking to stay 7 nights, will only see 7 night stays in search results, but the checkin date will be plus or minus one, two or three days.

  • A property will not show in search results more than once. For example, if a property is available for the dates a guests searches it will only show that stay and not the flexible dates it may be available for as well. Another example would be a property that is not available on the search dates by the guest, but is available with flexibility of one, two and three days. The property will only show for the +1 day. In other words, the website will always show the unit for the smallest flexibility.

  • Search results will always show the date range of the stay now so guests can clearly see flexibility added.
