Extra Person Price

Price per additional person beyond Guests Included. Must range from 5 USD to 300 USD.

Monthly Price Factor

Multiply price by this factor for stays of 28+ days. Range: 0 to 1. For example, 0.7 means 30% off. Treated as an LOS pricing rule; avoid conflicts.

Weekly Price Factor

Multiply price by this factor for stays between 7 and 28 days. Range: 0 to 1. For example, 0.7 means 30% off. Must be ≥ monthly Price Factor. Treated as an LOS pricing rule; avoid conflicts.

Currency

Select the appropriate currency.

Default Daily Price

Used only in special scenarios - contact Support.

Blackout dates

Prevent Airbnb from accepting reservations for all listings within the entered date ranges. Multiple ranges allowed. Also available at listing level.

Booking Lead Time Hours

Enter minimum hours' notice before a reservation. Allowed values: 0-24, 48, 72, and 168 hours.

Max Days Notice

Maximum booking window. How far ahead guests can book. Default is 1424 days (four years). Supported values: -1, 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 365. 0 blocks all future days. -1 sets all future days available. To restore default, set to -1.

Turnover Days

Enter the number of days required between bookings.

Default Min Nights

Minimum nights per booking. Overrides PMS value if more restrictive.

Default Max Nights

Maximum nights per booking.

Maximum is 28 nights.
