Booking.com Listings Settings (Boost New UI)
Overview
This article outlines the Booking.com-specific fields available only on the Listing Settings page in Boost. It does not include any settings that are also found on the Channel Settings page.

Listing Settings Fields for Booking.com

Name | The name of the property, which will be shown to guests on Booking.com. | Yes |
Internal/Reference Name | Internal reference name used on Booking.com, not shown to guests. Can be useful for reporting if you use something like an address or a property code. | No |
Description | Description, used to override or add to the top description shown for a property on Booking.com Take from PMS if available. | No |
About the Property | Information about the property, very similar to description, but shows up further down on the property page on Booking.com. | No |
Property Type | The property type for the ‘Hotel’. This value is automatically mapped for most PMSs. It can also be mapped in Amenity Mapping. | Yes |
Room Type | The ‘property type’ for the ‘room’ under the hotel. This value is automatically mapped for most PMSs. It can also be mapped in Amenity Mapping. | Yes |
Room Type Name | More descriptive version of ‘room type’. This value is automatically mapped for most PMSs. It can also be mapped in Amenity Mapping. | No |
About the Neighborhood | Information about the surrounding area of the property to help the guest understand more about the area. | No |
When did the property open? | When did this property first start taking reservations? | No |
When was the property built? | What year was the property built in? | No |
When was the property last renovated? | When was the last time the property was renovated? | No |
Property Square Footage | The size of the property, in square feet. This is automatically mapped for some PMSs. | No |
Total number of floors | The number of floors the property has. | No |
License Requirements | The license information required or that can be optionally added, if applicable. | Depends on the license and location of the property |
Does this property have upcoming renovation dates? | Specifies if the listing will have renovation coming up that guests should be aware of. | No |
Renovation Start Date | Specifies the date that renovation is going to start. | No |
Renovation End Date | Specifies the date that renovation is going to end. | No |

Max Occupancy | The general max occupancy for the listing, taken form the PMS. | Yes |
Max Adult Occupancy | Optional, the max amount of adults that can stay on the property. Used when adult and children occupancy are important. | No |
