Field Name | Field Description |

Property name* | Name of the property on Marriott’s website. Appears at the top of the listing. Cannot contain references to the address of the listing. |
Property Description* | Property description to tell guests about your listing. Cannot contain websites, reference to other OTA’s, phone number, or address references. |
Short Description | Short description for the listing, not shown to the guest, but is instead used for SEO purposes. |
Property Type* | The type of property this listing is. House, apartment, etc. |
Apartment Number | Apartment number for the listing, if it exists. |
Property Notes | This section does not show in listing. |
Neighborhood view | Additional information that shows as part of you description talking about the area the property is located in. Marriott will also autofill some of this depending on your location data. |
Area | The square footage or meters number. |
Children Occupancy | Specific amount of children allowed on the property. Do not use if you do not have a set limit aside from max occupancy. |
Amenities | Amenities that are applied to the property via automatic mapping, channel settings, amenity mapping or set at the unit level. |
Sleeping Arrangements | Bedroom information and beds coming from PMS or set at the unit level feeding to Marriott. |
Fees and Taxes | Shows what fees and taxes are being mapped to this property. |
