New Booking.com Amenities Page
Boost now includes a dedicated Amenities page for Booking.com connections. This page supports expanded Booking.com amenity options and provides a single place to map existing PMS amenities or add an amenity to all your listings.
Use the Amenities page to add guest-facing details like parking type, number of spaces, pool hours, and other property-specific information. These details clarify guest expectations and improve listing quality.
Key Things to Know
The old amenity mapping page still works, but it will be phased out. We recommend using the new Amenities UI moving forward.
Boost automatically maps many amenities from most PMSs. Amenities auto-mapped for your PMS display “This amenity is auto-mapped” beneath them.
Amenity metadata is now first-class. You can set Booking.com–required fields like parking type/availability/spaces, pool hours and access, and hot tub Free vs. Paid — at both the amenity mapping level and the listing level.
More scoring opportunities. The additional structured metadata helps Booking.com better interpret your listings, which — paired with the new Photo Tagging feature — can contribute to property score improvements.
How to Add and Map Amenities
Log in to Boost.
Click Manage on the Booking.com channel card.
Click Amenities - This is a new tab located just below Amenity Mapping
To map an amenity: Click Map on the right-hand side next to the amenity you’d like to map. In the pop-up window, search and select the amenities coming from your PMS to map them to the selected Booking.com amenity.
To add an amenity to all listings: Toggle on the switch under the Booking.com amenity name.
To add details (metadata): Some amenities require additional details. Click the caret (▾) next to the amenity to expand and add them.
Required details are marked with an asterisk (*) and will appear in red if you try to save without completing them.
Note: Once you have mapped some amenities you will see what they have been mapped to in the Column “Streamline Amenities”
Things to Note
Required metadata = required fields. If you map an amenity that Booking.com requires metadata for (Hot Tub, Pool, Parking, Restaurant facilities, etc.), you must complete those fields — otherwise the listing will fail to sync.
