Opening an Individual Property

  1. Navigate to the listings page, locate the property you plan to open, and select the "Add to Queue" checkbox. 
  2. Select "Perform Operations"
  3. Open the "Choose an Operation" drop-down menu and choose "Booking.com: Send Hotel Status (Ready to Check/Open/Closed)" 
    1. ensure the "Select all ## items" box is checked
    2. Click Execute Operations
  4. Select the Status Type of "Open (open for bookings)" and Confirm Operation
  5. Boost will run the command to open the property on booking.com.

As a follow up, log into your Booking.com Extranet and view the live property on the platform. 



Opening an All Properties in "XML: Ready To Open" Status

  1. Navigate to the listings page
  2. Open up Channel Specific Filters and open the LISTING STATUS drop-down menu for Booking.com. 
    1. Choose "XML:Ready to Open"
    2. Click in the white space around the channel filters box to close menu
  3. Select "Perform Operations"
  4. Open the "Choose an Operation" drop-down menu and choose "Booking.com: Send Hotel Status (Ready to Check/Open/Closed)" 
    1. ensure the "Select all ## items" box is checked
    2. Click Execute Operations
  5. Select the Status Type of "Open (open for bookings)" and Confirm Operation
  6. Boost will run the command to open the properties on booking.com.


Opening some, but not all, Properties in "XML: Ready To Open" Status

  1. Navigate to the listings page
  2. Open up Channel Specific Filters and open the LISTING STATUS drop-down menu for Booking.com. 
    1. Choose "XML:Ready to Open"
    2. Click in the white space around the channel filters box to close menu
  3. Select "Perform Operations"
  4. Open the "Choose an Operation" drop-down menu and choose "Booking.com: Send Hotel Status (Ready to Check/Open/Closed)" 
    1. ensure the "Select all ## items" box is checked
  5. Select "Queue" beneath the EXECUTE OPERATIONS button.
    1. The properties that are Queued up to be synced can adjusted here. View the video above for how to remove units from being included in this sync.
  6. Press EXECUTE OPERATIONS
  7. Select the Status Type of "Open (open for bookings)" and Confirm Operation
  8. Boost will run the command to open the properties on booking.com.
