Overview:

The Online Booking History section of your Dashboard allows you to view the bookings for your vacation rental properties that were booked directly through your site.

 

 

How to access the Online Booking History section of your Dashboard:

  1. To begin, login to your website by scrolling to the bottom of your website and click 'Login'.

  2. Click on 'Dashboard' which is located in the top left of the home page of your website.

  3. Once you are in the ‘Dashboard', click on 'Online Booking History’ which is located under the 'Property Manager' section in your Dashboard.

How to view bookings: Online Booking History:

  1. Once you have clicked into ‘Online Booking History’ you will see the Total Bookings count, Total Rent amount, Total Revenue Subtotal, Total Tax and finally the Grand Total.

  2. If you click the OID# in the first column under Total Bookings, a new tab will open containing the booking confirmation number with full unit information, guest information and charges breakdown.

     

How to view bookings: Online Booking History-Search Function:

  1. Once you start receiving multiple bookings, there is a helpful search function in the top of the Online Booking History section where you can filter your bookings down by Last Name, Start Date or End Date for when the property was booked.
