Q: Will my site look the same as before?
A: It will look similar, but have a more modern design. The new platform that has a core design for the site's content. It will also provide streamlined tools for easier implementation on the customer and team end.
Q: Do I need to do anything to prepare for migration?
A: If we do not have DNS access to your site, we will be reaching out to collect this from you prior to migration.

A: We will support the following video formats: Matterport, YouTube, and Vimeo videos. Additionally you could upload a MP4 or mov file type.
Q: What property management software will the Ngen platform connect to?
A: Escapia, VRM, Streamline, Track, RNS, RealTimeRentals, IQWare
Q: When will my website be migrated to the new platform?
A: Essential clients will be starting migrations June or July 2024. We will reach out in the weeks prior to let you know when your site will be migrated. As part of the process, we’ll provide a development website for you to review and provide feedback to our team. To be clear, this is a site migration, not a brand new site. Content updates and requests will be handled post Go Live.
Q: Is there training on how to use the new platform?
A: Yes, we will be providing group training sessions, as well as 1:1 training by request.
