  1. While signed-in to your Cloud Website, locate Urgency Marketing in the Property Manager section of your Dashboard

  2. Enable Urgency Marketing - In the Urgency Marketing settings page, Enable Urgency Marketing

  3. Global Search Threshold Type - You have two options in the drop-down list:

    1. Percent Basis - Urgency message will be triggered based on a set percentage of results returned in a guest’s search.

    2. Flat Result Count Basis - Urgency message will be triggered based on a flat number of units returned in a guest’s search.

  4. Global Search Threshold - Depending on the Threshold Type selected above, you will either be able to select a percentage or enter a number of available units as the Threshold (value your choose to trigger when the Urgency Marketing message will appear on search results page)

    1. If using a Percent Basis threshold type, a drop-down list will be available - Select a percentage value

    2. If using the Flat Result Count Basis threshold type, a text field will be available - Enter a whole number

  5. Global Search Messaging - Enter a custom message that will appear on the search results page when the Global Search Threshold is met. This message works by using your customized message along with a token. The token is entered in your custom message in place of the number of units or the percentage you want to appear in the message. For example - If you wanted your custom message to read: “Don’t wait! Only 5% of properties are available” you would enter:
