This article is designed to help you distribute your listings in the Rezfusion Boost new user interface (UI).

There are 2 main steps to complete when publishing your listings:

  1. Prepare your Listing to be published - Does your listing pass validation? Do you have a headline token, price-factor, or any other configuration that you should copy from one of your existing listings in Boost?

  2. Publish your listing after it has been updated

Preparing a Listing to be Published

Consider copying the relevant items below from a currently live listing into your new property before publishing. Please review ALL of your other property settings in Boost on your new listing(s) BEFORE publishing it:

  • Minimum Content Requirements: Before publishing, confirm your listing is meeting the minimum content requirements for each channel.

  • Headline/Title Pattern - if you are using a token to format your listing name

  • Terms and Conditions (Google)

  • Price Adjustments - If you have set a mark-up in Boost on rent and/or fees

  • Timezone (VRBO)

Info

Important Note

For certain channels Boost auto-truncates your headlines to meet channel requirements. For instance, all Airbnb property headlines are limited to 50 characters.

Minimum Content Requirements:

Each OTA (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc) has unique minimum content requirements for a listing, that if they are not met, the listing will not be permitted to be live on that channel. Boost has a built in validation tool to make sure your listings are meeting these requirements before you publish them. Learn more about Boost Validation here:

Getting Started

Log into your Boost account: https://boost.rezfusion.com/v2/app/choose-account and navigate to the Listings Page.

Update Headline/Title Pattern

In order to confirm you are using token in your titles, choose a listing that has already been published and click on the name of that listing (not the checkbox in front of the listing). This will bring you to Listing Settings.

If the title looks like the name below with a token text, then you will need to copy the text including the token, and paste it into your new listing to keep the same naming convention.

  • Select the new listing you are adding, by clicking the checkbox next to the listing name.

  • Click EDIT in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

  • Paste the Headline/Title into the Headline/Title field.

  • Click NEXT on the bottom of the content section.

  • Click FINISH to save these changes.

EXTRA STEP FOR AIRBNB!

Import/Sync - For distributing listings on Airbnb there are 2 steps:

  • First you will need to click Import/Sync. In your Airbnb Host Dashboard, this should put your listing in the API Sync Status of “Ready to Publish” and Sync Status of “In Progress”. This should take about an hour.

  • Once your listing shows as “Ready to Publish” in your Airbnb Host dashboard then you can proceed to the steps below in Boost.

Once your listing is published, confirm your listings are Listed and Connected on Airbnb: Once the Import/Sync job has finished, go to https://www.airbnb.com/hosting/listings to check your listings. Any listing that says Status: Listed and Sync Status: Connected has been successfully integrated with Boost and is live on Airbnb.
