Create a Google Analytics Account

This article is a step-by-step guide on how to create a Google Analytics account that will be used to measure important information about the performance of your Rezfusion website.


  1. While signed into the Google Account that you are using for your Cloud/Essential website project, navigate to:

  2. Click on “Start Measuring

  3. Enter your Management Company Name in the Account Name field


  4. At the bottom of the screen, click “Next


  5. Enter your website domain name in the “Property Name” field and select the appropriate Time Zone and Currency


  6. Click on “Show Advance Options


  7. Toggle on “Create a Universal Analytics property


  8. Enter your website address in the “Website URL” field

  9. Select “Create both a Google Analytics 4 and a Universal Analytics property


  10. Click Next

  11. Select the following for About Your Business:

    1. Industry category: Travel

    2. Business Size: select the appropriate option for the size of your business

    3. How do you intend to use Google Analytics with your business: select ALL except “Measure app installs” and “Other”


  12. Click “Create
