Q: Does my site have to be migrated?

A: Yes, at this time, a migration to the new platform is required but we will work with you to ensure that your site is moved smoothly and although it will be more modern, it will still include all of your great content and hard work you’ve put into your site.

 

Q: Will my site look the same as before?

A: It will look similar, but have a more modern design. The new platform that has a core design for the site's content. It will also provide streamlined tools for easier implementation for our clients and our internal teams.  

 

Q: Do I need to do anything to prepare for migration?

A: If we do not have DNS access to your site, we will be reaching out to collect this from you prior to migration.

Q: What video file types are support on the new platform?

A: We will support the following video formats: Matterport, YouTube, and Vimeo videos. Additionally you could upload a MP4 or mov file type. 

 

Q: What property management software will the upgraded platform connect to?

A: Escapia, VRM, Streamline, Track, RNS, RealTimeRentals, IQWare

 

Q: When will my website be migrated to the new platform?

A: Essential clients will be starting migrations June or July 2024. We will reach out in the weeks prior to let you know when your site will be migrated. As part of the process, we’ll provide a development website for you to review and provide feedback to our team. To be clear, this is a site migration, not a brand new site. Content updates and requests will be handled post Go Live.

 

Q: Is there training on how to use the new platform?

A: Yes, we will be providing group training sessions, as well as 1:1 training by request.

 

Q: How do I log into my new website?

A: Instructions will be provided when your website development link is sent to you.
