Getting that first reservation on a new property listing can be challenging! In order to help get those new listings off to a great start, VRBO allows you to offer a “new listing discount” for the first three reservations taken after the listing goes live. If three reservations are not received within the first 90 days of listing the discount deactivates at that time.
Enabling this discount in Boost is simple. If you wish to have the discount apply to all new listings that you add to your account, you can enable it in VRBO channel settings by scrolling down to the “pricing” section of channel settings and clicking to Enable – just be sure you also scroll to the bottom of that page and click Submit to save your changes.
If you prefer to only have this discount active on certain properties then when you add a new property to your portfolio, go to the Listing Settings page in Boost, expand the “Pricing” section and scroll down, then click to Enable. Save your changes and then publish the listing.
