Web | Google reCAPTCHA Configuration

As noted within our Basecamp's Site Build Team list of "to-dos", each Rezfusion website should be configured with Google reCAPTCHA.

STEP 1: LOGIN TO GMAIL AS CLIENT


(1) Launch a new Chrome incognito window and login as the client utilizing their gmail account

Note:  They should have provided their gmail account from kick-off, which can be obtained in Basecamp

(2) Go to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin#list

Click Create a classic key here

(3) Fill in Label with client's website name

(4) Select reCAPTCHAv2 and then Invisible reCAPTCHA badge

(5) Under Domains, add the below restricted domain names:

*Note: When adding domains in the reCAPTCHA setup, replace the word moniker with your client's specific DEV DNS moniker (ex. ncoa) and replace clientsdomain with the Client's Final DNS address

(6) Under Owners, add bluetentmarketing@gmail.com

(7) Click the checkbox for Accept the reCAPTCHA terms of service

(8) Select Send alerts to owners

(9) Click Submit

(10) **Important: Create Credentials for both the site and secret keys in Salesforce/Mission Control immediately

Copy BOTH keys and add them into Salesforce/Mission Control, under the Customer Credentials section of the Bluetent Brand Account:

Required Fields:

  • Is Active: Yes

  • Password: enter the Site Key or Secret Key

  • URL: enter dev site the creds are for (example: https://nbtm.cloud.rezfusion.com

  • Type: will be recaptcha secret key or recaptcha site key




STEP 2: UPDATE REZFUSION WEBSITE


(1) Launch a new browser window and go to the client’s new Rezfusion development site

(2) Navigate to: Dashboard > Settings > Email Suite /dashboard/settings/email-suite

(3) Copy and paste the reCAPTCHA Site and Secret keys and enter them in the respective fields

(4) Set “Display Mode” as a Badge and set the “Badge Position” to Bottom Right

5.) SAVE Configuration
