Safe Sender List Instructions
Emails can easily be blocked or recognized as junk or spam mail. Users may be unable to read certain email communications. Avoid this situation by adding an email address to your Safe Sender List or Contact List.
Most email clients provide a safe sender or whitelist option for trusted contacts in the address book. This is a list of the most commonly used email programs with easy to follow instructions on how to do this.

Instructions by Product/Program
Android
Open the email.
Select the contact name or email address.
Select the ‘Add Contact’ icon located in the top right-hand corner.
Apple iPhone/iPad
Open the email.
Select the email address or email the sender's username (at the top of the screen).
Select ‘Create New Contact’ from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Apple Mail
Open the email from the sender you would like to add to the safelist.
Click on the sender’s email address at the top of the email.
Click on “Add to Address Book.”
Your sender will be automatically added to your Apple Mail Safe Senders list.
Gmail
Open the email.
Select More Options in the upper right-hand corner of the message.
Click on Add Sender to Contacts List.
A confirmation message will be displayed.
Outlook
Open the email.
Select the "Junk" link next to the delete button in the top left corner.
Select “Never Block Sender" in the drop-down options below the Junk icon.
The email address will be automatically added to your Outlook Safe Senders List.

On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk Email Options.
On the Safe Senders tab, check the Automatically add people I email to the Safe Senders List box.
Yahoo! Mail
Open the email.
Copy the email address.
Select the Contacts icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
Select ‘Add a new contact’ located below the list of your contacts.
Fill in the contact details and paste the email address to add to your contact list.
Click Save.
