strStatus (does not correlate back to V12 Status) possible values:
B Booked (active folio)
X Cancelled
strStayType possible values:
O Reserved by Property Owner
G Reserved for Guest of Owner
P Regular guest Reservation confirmed with payment
U Regular guest reservation not yet confirmed with payment
W Maintenance (Work Order)
R- Regular guest reservation (May not show up in the feed anymore. Was an old strStayType
V12
strStatus = ISI Stay Type
Status possible values:
Tentative – no payment posted
Confirmed – any portion of the payment posted
Stay Type possible values:
Regular
Guest of Owner
Owner Referral
Complimentary Stay
Owner On Statement
