Objective:
To outline what is being populated by your property management system within your website and where it displays.
If you would like to change any of the areas talked about in this article you need to make the changes within your Property Management System.
Main Vacation Rental Search Page
Within you vacation rental search page the following is being updated by your Property Management System
Property Names
Reviews
Number of Bedroom & Bathrooms
Photos
Location Data
Filters
The Filter tab can be found on the far left side of the page next to the Arrival and Departure Search Widget
The guest on the website can change the property data to sort by the following options and this will change the order of the properties, default settings can be set within the back end of your website.
Within the filters you can filter the search results by the following:
Guest Rating
Number of Bedrooms
Occupancy of the Property
Number of bedrooms & occupancy minimums and maximums are set within your property management system data.
Individual Property Pages
Photos:
PMS photos are put into a slideshow format in order of importance based on PMS’s selections.
Property Name:
This is displayed in the left hand corner underneath the slideshow.
Bedroom, Bathroom, Maximum Occupancy:
This is displayed in the three icons on the on the right.
Summary:
This is getting displayed in the about column underneath the slideshow.
Availability Calendars:
Underneath the summary a display of an availability calendar is found.
Maps:
A location is generated based off the location data set within your PMS. and displayed here with a pin point.
Reviews:
Any Reviews set within your PMS including your responses will display with the reviews as well.
