Enter default Checkin and Checkout Time

Maximum Occupancy Rule & Note

This value pulls from your PMS. Enter a default value to use in case a listing is missing this value. Use the highest value from all your listings.

Minimum Age Rule & Note

Enter the minimum age to rent and you can add a note, if desired.

Rental Agreement File

If you have a common rental agreement for all or many of your properties save it in the Channel Settings page.

Registration Number and Expiration Date

If you have a registration number that applies to all units, enter it here along with the expiration date.

Children Allowed Rule & Note

Select on option. Children Allowed or Children Not Allowed. Note only applies if checked.

Events allowed Rule & Note

Select on option. Events Allowed or Events Not Allowed. Note only applies if checked.

Pets Allowed Rule & Note

Select on option. Pets Allowed or Pets Not Allowed. Note only applies if checked.

Smoking Allowed Rule & Note

Select on option. Smoking Allowed or Smoking Not Allowed. Note only applies if checked.
