Airbnb Superhost Status
As a professional manager you should have the tools, inventory and practices to achieve Superhost status. With approximately 7% of hosts earning Superhost status, it’s a great way to ensure your listings stand out. Listings managed by Superhosts are rewarded with preferential placement in search results, a badge informing guests of your status and included in Superhost only search results, a popular search criteria among experienced Airbnb travelers. In addition to hosting at least 10 trips, to become a Superhost you will need to maintain a 90% response rate or higher by responding to guests quickly. At least half of guests must leave you a review and 80 of those reviews must be 5 star. Superhosts also complete all confirmed reservations without cancellations. There is no need to apply to become a Superhost, your account is automatically monitored and can be tracked in the Superhost section of your Airbnb dashboard. Other special statuses include Business Travel Ready and Rare Finds.
