Cancellation Policy Category

It is very common to use the same Cancellation Policy on all of your listings on Airbnb.

Display Exact Map Location

Check this to show the exact property location on the Airbnb map. If not checked then the flag will show in the general area.

Extra Person Price

Price for each additional person beyond Guests Included. Must range from 5 USD to 300 USD per person.

Monthly Price Factor

If used, multiply the price by this factor for stays of at least 28 days. Range from 0 to 1. For example, 0.7 means 30% off. Note that this is treated as an LOS pricing rule, so be careful to avoid conflicts.

Weekly Price Factor

If used, multiply the price by this factor for stays between 7 and 28 days. Range from 0 to 1. For example, 0.7 means 30% off. Must be greater than or equal to monthly Price Factor. Note that this is treated as an LOS pricing rule, so be careful to avoid conflicts.

Currency

Select appropriate currency.

Default Daily Price

Only used in special scenarios - ask Support.

Blackout dates

Allows you to prevent Airbnb from accepting reservations for all listings within the date range entered. You may enter multiple date ranges. Also available on the listing level.

Booking Lead Time Hours

Enter how many hours prior notice for a reservation. The number of hours (before midnight of the night being booked) required for minimum notice before a booking. Allowed values are 0 through 24, 48, 72, and 168.

Max Days Notice

Maximum booking window. How far from the current date can a guest make a booking. If not set, the default is the maximum of 1424 days (four years). If set, supported values are - -1, 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330 and 365. 0 blocks all days in the future. -1 sets all future days to available. To restore default settings, please set this value to -1.

Turnover Days

Enter the number of turnover days required between bookings.

Default Min Nights

Minimum number of nights for a booking

Default Max Nights

Maximum number of nights for a booking.

Max is 28 nights.
